DynaScape software cost by product

These prices come from dynascape.com/pricing, checked October 30, 2026. Confirm them with DynaScape before you buy, because the page marks the annual rate as a first-year discount.

ProductAnnualMonthlyOnboarding

Manage360 Sales and Estimating$2,497$219$599 ($629 on monthly billing)
Manage360 All Features$4,093$359$1,199 ($1,259 on monthly billing)

The page says the annual discount applies to the first year only, so budget for the renewal rate to be higher and ask for it in writing.

What Design, Creator and Manage360 include

Design is the drawing product. It is CAD software for planting plans, hardscape layouts and presentations, and it runs on Windows. Creator is the lighter browser version for entry-level designers. Color and Sketch3D are add-ons that produce renderings and 3D views for the sales meeting.

Manage360 is the business side. Sales and Estimating covers estimating, proposals, design integration, scheduling, work orders and invoicing. All Features adds job costing, crew tracking, QuickBooks, routing, purchase orders and change orders. If you need job costing or accounting sync from DynaScape, All Features is the tier that has it.

What a year of DynaScape actually costs

The sticker price is only part of it. Onboarding is a one-time fee on top of the subscription, and design seats and Manage360 seats are bought separately.

SetupYear one on annual billing
Design only$1,599
Design plus Manage360 Sales and Estimating$4,695 ($1,599 + $2,497 + $599)
Design plus Manage360 All Features$6,891 ($1,599 + $4,093 + $1,199)
Design plus All Features, billed monthly$7,463 ($517 a month for 12 months + $1,259)

Add the Color add-on at $600 a year if you sell with renderings. A second designer means a second Design license. Ask the sales rep whether Manage360 is priced per user, because the pricing page shows one figure per package.

When you need a drawing and when you only need a bid

DynaScape earns its price when the drawing is the sale: a $60,000 backyard where the client wants to see the plan in color before signing. If most of your work is maintenance bids, enhancements, patios, walls and edging priced from a measured site, the CAD seat is a cost you pay for work you do not do.

That is the gap LandscapeEstimating fills. You trace turf, beds and hardscape on satellite imagery of any US address, price the quantities from your own cost library and send an e-signed proposal. Many design-build firms keep DynaScape for the few jobs that need a full plan and price every bid elsewhere. Our DynaScape alternative page walks through that setup, and the landscape construction estimating software page shows a whole patio project priced line by line.

DynaScape wins when you need CAD drawings, renderings and scheduling in one vendor. LandscapeEstimating wins on cost, on setup time and on pricing a job without a drawing. Once the proposals are signed and the jobs finished, the photos make good proof for new leads, and a tool such as AdClip's product video ads can turn them into short ads, which is a different job from estimating.
