Lengths follow each segment of a line. Imagery comes from public aerial photography of the United States. Two things affect accuracy: tree canopy that hides a bed edge or part of a lawn, and the date of the imagery, which can predate a new patio or addition. For mowing, mulch, sod and edging, traced numbers are dependable for pricing. For hardscape, verify critical dimensions on site before ordering materials.

- Is the yard measurement tool accurate?
On clear imagery, traced at close zoom, it is accurate enough to price lawn, bed and edging work. Tree cover and older imagery can hide edges or recent changes, so check critical hardscape dimensions on site.
- Which addresses can I look up?
The demo works for US addresses and allows one address lookup per session. In a paid account, address search is part of every satellite measurement.
- Do I need an account to use the demo?
