1. The service
Landscapeestimating is web software for landscaping, lawn care and hardscape companies. It measures properties on aerial imagery, prices work from your cost library, produces proposals your clients sign online and tracks job costs against estimates. Features depend on your plan as described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts
- You need a valid work email to create an account and confirm it with the code we send.
- You are responsible for the users you invite and for keeping access to your account secure.
- The service is for business use. You confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to act for your company.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are subscriptions billed per company, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Plan limits (estimator seats, satellite measurements, AI scope runs, branches) apply per billing month and renew with each period.
- When you move to a higher plan, the new limits apply right away and the price difference is prorated. A move to a lower plan applies from the next billing period.
- Enterprise plans are governed by an order form and, where agreed, annual invoicing.
- Prices may change for future billing periods. We give at least 30 days notice by email before a change affects you.
- Taxes are added where the law requires.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by email to [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then does not renew. Payments for a started period are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
5. The estimator demo
The estimator demo on the website is offered once per visitor at no charge, in a limited scope, so you can see how the service works. It is not a subscription plan and has no service commitment.
6. Your data
- Your cost library, estimates, proposals, job costing records and client data belong to you.
- We use them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy, and never share them with other companies.
- You can export your data at any time while your account is active and for 30 days after it ends.
- You are responsible for having the right to enter your clients' data and to send them proposals.
7. Measurements and estimates
Measurements are taken from aerial imagery that may be dated or partly hidden by trees and structures. Prices are calculated from the rates and settings you enter. You are responsible for checking measurements, quantities and prices before you send a proposal or order material, and for verifying critical dimensions on site.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no sending proposals to people who did not ask for them, no attempts to break security or limits, no reselling access, and no automated scraping of the service or its imagery.
9. Electronic signatures
Proposals signed through the service use electronic signatures. You and your clients agree that these signatures are valid to the extent allowed by applicable law, including the US ESIGN Act and UETA where they apply.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure and may improve or change features over time. Enterprise plans can include an uptime commitment in the order form.
11. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost jobs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice by email where possible. You can end your account at any time.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
