How does yearly billing work?

You pay for twelve months up front at the yearly price, which is half the monthly price. Crew is $768 per year, Company $1,788, Operations $3,888 and Enterprise $7,788.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down at any time from your account settings. When you move up, the new limits apply right away and the price difference is prorated. When you move down, the change applies right away and the difference is credited on your next invoice.

What happens if I use all my measurements?

Your estimates, proposals and cost library keep working. New satellite measurements resume at the start of the next billing month, or right away when you move to a larger plan.

Which properties can I measure?

Properties in the United States. Address search and the aerial imagery cover US addresses, so every plan measures US properties only. Cost library, proposals, e-sign and job costing work the same for any job you price.

Is there a plan without a monthly fee?

No. Every plan is a paid subscription. The estimator demo on the home page is open to everyone, and you can try it as often as you like on the traced property.
