Attentive.ai pricing plans and what each license includes
These plans are from Attentive.ai's pricing page (attentive.ai/pricing now redirects to the Beam AI field services pricing page), checked on October 14, 2026. Every plan is an annual license. There are no per-takeoff, per-acre or monthly rates on the page, and no free trial is mentioned.
| Plan | Published starting price | Priced on | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Done For You, aerial images | From $10K a year per trade | Site acreage and service | Done-for-you aerial takeoffs for landscaping, snow, paving and striping, the Attentive.ai OnSite mobile app, bid management tools, dedicated support |
| Do It Yourself, construction plans | From $8K a year per trade | Trade | AI takeoff software you run yourself, in-platform estimates, training, support. Listed for HVAC, plumbing and steel |
| Done For You, construction plans | From $25K a year | Trade and volume | QA-checked takeoffs from plan sets, up to 2 processed in parallel, all trades, bid management |
| Enterprise | Custom | Usage | More takeoffs in parallel, higher limits, custom Excel takeoff format, priority access, in-person support |
For a landscape or snow contractor, the line that matters is the first one. The construction plans are aimed at trades that bid from blueprints, so most landscape companies will never see them on a quote.
What drives Attentive.ai cost above the $10K starting price
The $10K figure is a floor. Four things decide where a landscape company actually lands.
- Trades. The license is "per trade". A company that wants landscaping and snow takeoffs, or adds paving and striping for its parking lot clients, should ask whether each one is a separate license.
- Site acreage. The aerial plan is priced on the acreage you send through it. A maintenance contractor rebidding 40 office parks and HOAs every spring needs far more acreage than a design-build firm doing ten residential installs a month.
- Service level. Done-for-you means a team draws and checks the polygons, which is why the turnaround is measured in hours, not minutes. Ask what turnaround your price assumes and what rush work costs.
- Contract term. An annual license is paid up front or committed for the year. Get the renewal terms, any overage rate for acreage above your allowance, and what happens to unused capacity in writing.
Older directory listings and reviews still describe per-takeoff pricing from the Automeasure days, for example about $32 for a 10 acre landscaping site. Treat those as history. The current page sells annual licenses only.
Is Attentive.ai worth $10K a year for a landscape company?
For a commercial maintenance or snow contractor bidding dozens of large sites a season, often yes. One estimator tracing a 12 acre corporate campus by hand can lose most of a day, and Attentive.ai returns a checked takeoff of turf, beds, mulch, hardscape and parking areas without anyone on your team drawing a polygon. If that saves one estimator salary or wins a few extra contracts, $10K is small.
It is a harder case for a residential or light commercial company. If your typical bid is a backyard install, a mulch and edging enhancement or a half-acre maintenance property, you can trace it yourself in a few minutes, and the $10K license mostly pays for a turnaround you do not need. The quantities still have to be turned into labor hours, material, overhead and margin somewhere else, because a takeoff is not a price.
Attentive.ai measures the site, it does not price the bid
The output of an Attentive.ai aerial takeoff is a set of quantities, exported to Excel or PDF or shared as a link. Take a typical result for a commercial property:
| Takeoff quantity | What you still have to work out |
|---|---|
| 86,000 sq ft of turf | Mowing hours per visit from your production rate, visits per season, crew rate |
| 9,400 sq ft of beds | Mulch in cubic yards at your depth, waste, delivery, spread hours |
| 2,100 linear ft of bed edge | Edging hours per visit or per season |
| 31,000 sq ft of parking lot | Snow plowing time, salt in tons per event, trigger depth |
That second column is where the money is made or lost, and it happens in a spreadsheet or another system after the takeoff arrives. If you bid contracts from the takeoff, also check how the boundary was drawn; for a fence or wall along a property line, aerial imagery will not settle where the line is, and a licensed land surveyor will. Our Attentive.ai alternative page compares the full workflow side by side, including the jobs where Attentive.ai is the better tool.
Attentive.ai pricing compared with LandscapeEstimating
LandscapeEstimating takes the other approach. You trace the property on satellite imagery yourself, and each layer prices from your own cost library as you draw, so the measurement and the price arrive together.
| Attentive.ai (Beam AI) | LandscapeEstimating | |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | From $10K a year per trade | Crew $129 a month, $64 a month billed yearly |
| Who draws the polygons | Attentive.ai's team | You, in a few minutes per residential lot |
| Turnaround | Hours, done for you | Same few minutes as the trace |
| Pricing the job | Not included, quantities only | Cost library with production rates, labor rate, overhead and target margin |
| Proposal and signature | Not included | Branded proposal, online signature and PDF on every plan |
| Snow, paving and striping | Yes | No |
| Best for | Large commercial portfolios and snow | Residential and light commercial installs and maintenance |
Billed yearly, our Company plan costs $1,788 a year with six estimator seats and 250 satellite measurements a month, and Operations costs $3,888 a year with 15 seats and 800 measurements. Both are well under Attentive.ai's starting license, but neither replaces done-for-you drawing on a 50 acre site. For large maintenance bids priced from your own measurements, see the landscape bidding software page, and for install work the landscape takeoff software page. If you are pricing aerial measuring tools side by side, the SiteRecon pricing breakdown covers the closest rival. All our plans are on the pricing page.
Questions to ask on an Attentive.ai pricing call
Bring this list so two quotes can be compared line by line.
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Is landscaping and snow one license or two? | The page prices "per trade" |
| How much acreage does my price cover, and what is the overage rate? | The aerial plan is priced on site acreage |
| What turnaround is included, and what does rush cost? | Done-for-you work runs in hours, not minutes |
| How many users get the OnSite mobile app and bid tools? | Field and office seats can change the quote |
| Is there a trial or a paid pilot before the annual term? | No trial is listed on the pricing page |
| What are the renewal terms and the price cap on renewal? | Annual licenses renew at the vendor's next price |
If the rep cannot answer a line, ask for it in the written quote.
How much does Attentive.ai cost?
Attentive.ai's done-for-you aerial takeoffs for landscaping, snow, paving and striping start at $10,000 a year per trade, priced on site acreage and service. Construction plans start at $8,000 a year for do-it-yourself software and $25,000 a year for done-for-you plan takeoffs, and Enterprise is quoted individually.
Does Attentive.ai have monthly pricing?
No. The pricing page sells annual licenses only and lists no monthly, per-takeoff or per-acre rates. Older reviews describe per-takeoff Automeasure pricing, but that model no longer appears on the page. Ask sales whether the annual license can be billed in installments.
Is Attentive.ai the same as Beam AI?
Attentive.ai's pricing page now redirects to Beam AI, and Beam AI is the name used on the plans and logins. The Attentive.ai name remains on the OnSite mobile app and the field services login, so both names refer to the same company and takeoff service.
Does Attentive.ai have a free trial?
The current pricing page does not mention a free trial for any plan. Ask about a paid pilot on a few of your own sites before you commit to an annual license. LandscapeEstimating's estimator demo on the home page is open without a card.
What is a cheaper alternative to Attentive.ai for landscapers?
LandscapeEstimating starts at $129 a month, or $64 a month billed yearly, and measures turf, beds, pavers, gravel, walls, fence lines and edging on satellite imagery while pricing each layer from your rates. You draw the property yourself, so it suits residential and light commercial bids more than 50 acre sites.
