SiteRecon pricing plans and what each one costs

These are the plans on SiteRecon's own pricing page (order.siterecon.ai/pricing), checked in October 2026. The page shows a monthly and a yearly price but does not spell out contract length, cancellation terms or a free trial, so ask about those before you sign.

PlanMonthlyYearly, per monthCreator seats includedExtra seat
Growth$250$237.502$39
Teams$400$3805$59
Partner$500$4755$69

Every plan includes $200 in takeoff credits. What each tier adds:

  • Growth: done-for-you takeoffs, AI-assisted takeoffs, DIY mapping, field mapping on phone and iPad, Nearmap HD imagery, image, Excel and PDF exports
  • Teams: everything in Growth plus integrations and APIs, site audit templates and quality reports, a portfolio dashboard and unlimited assessment templates
  • Partner: everything in Teams plus done-for-you estimates, unlimited self estimating, site audits turned into estimates and a setup consultation with a one-time onboarding fee

The onboarding fee on Partner and the price of additional takeoff credits are not published. Prices change, so confirm them with SiteRecon before you buy.

SiteRecon cost beyond the plan price

The plan price is the floor. Three things move the real SiteRecon cost for a landscape company.

  • Seats. Growth includes two creator seats. A company with an owner, a sales lead and two estimators needs two more, and the per-seat price rises on each tier ($39, $59, $69).
  • Credits. Every plan ships with a $200 takeoff credit balance, and done-for-you takeoffs draw on it. A company that measures a lot of properties, or large commercial sites, buys more credits, and that price is set at checkout rather than listed.
  • Estimating. Growth and Teams produce maps, quantities and site audits. The price per line still has to come from somewhere: a spreadsheet, an estimating tool, or the Partner plan, which adds estimates done for you and self estimating.

For a commercial maintenance company that audits a portfolio of HOA and office park properties every season, those costs buy a lot. For a residential company measuring ten small yards a week, most of the spend goes on capacity it never uses.

What a landscape company pays for SiteRecon in a year

Take a four-person estimating team at a landscape company doing mostly residential maintenance and enhancement work, billed monthly.

SetupMonthlyYear
SiteRecon Growth, 2 seats included$250$3,000
2 extra creator seats at $39$78$936
SiteRecon total, before extra credits$328$3,936
LandscapeEstimating Company, 6 seats, 250 measurements, pricing and e-sign included$299$3,588
LandscapeEstimating Company billed yearly$149$1,788

On SiteRecon the $3,936 buys the measurement side, and pricing still happens elsewhere unless the company moves to Partner. On LandscapeEstimating the same team measures, prices from its own cost library and sends a proposal the client signs, for $1,788 a year on yearly billing.

Is SiteRecon worth it for a landscape company?

SiteRecon is worth it when the job is commercial: large sites, many properties, done-for-you takeoffs, site audits and portfolio reporting for property managers, plus open APIs on Teams and above. Those are things a satellite estimator built for contractors does not try to do.

It is a harder sell when your crews do residential lots and the bottleneck is getting a price out the same day. In that case you pay for seats and credits to get square feet, then pay again in time to turn them into a quote. Our SiteRecon alternative for landscapers post compares five tools on exactly that point.

Commercial firms that bid public grounds maintenance work can pair either tool with a way to search open federal grounds maintenance solicitations, since the measuring only pays off once there is a bid to price.

Where SiteRecon stops and the estimate starts

A measurement is a quantity, not a price. Here is what has to happen after the map on a typical enhancement job:

  • 1,150 square feet of beds become 10.6 cubic yards of mulch at 3 inches, plus waste and delivery
  • 260 linear feet of edging become material per foot plus install hours from your production rate
  • 9,400 square feet of turf become a per-visit mowing price across a 28-visit season
  • Overhead and target margin go on every line, and the proposal goes out with options the client can choose and sign

In LandscapeEstimating you trace those layers on the satellite image and each one prices from your cost library on the spot. The landscape measuring software page shows how the trace becomes a priced line, and the yard measurement tool lets you try it on a real US address.

How much does SiteRecon cost per month?

SiteRecon costs $250 a month on Growth, $400 on Teams and $500 on Partner when billed monthly. The yearly option takes 5% off, so $237.50, $380 and $475 a month. Each plan includes $200 in takeoff credits, and extra creator seats cost $39 to $69 each.

Does SiteRecon charge per user?

Partly. Each plan includes creator seats (2 on Growth, 5 on Teams and Partner), and additional seats are $39 a month on Growth, $59 on Teams and $69 on Partner. A growing team pays more as it adds people who create maps.

What are SiteRecon takeoff credits?

Credits are a prepaid balance that done-for-you takeoffs draw on. Every plan includes $200 of credits, and more can be added at checkout. SiteRecon does not list the price per takeoff on the pricing page, so ask how far $200 goes on your property sizes.

Does SiteRecon have a free trial?

SiteRecon's pricing page does not mention a free trial. Some directory listings say one exists, so ask SiteRecon directly before you plan around it.

Does SiteRecon do estimates?

Estimates done for you and unlimited self estimating are listed on the Partner plan at $500 a month. Growth and Teams focus on takeoffs, mapping and site audits, so on those plans pricing happens in another tool or through the API.

What is a cheaper SiteRecon alternative for residential landscapers?

For a company that measures its own residential lots, LandscapeEstimating Crew is $129 a month with 2 seats and 60 satellite measurements, and Company is $299 with 6 seats and 250 measurements. Both price every traced layer from your rates and include e-signed proposals.
