PropertyIntel pricing and PropertyIntel cost for landscape companies

PropertyIntel cost by plan

Aspire's PropertyIntel page (youraspire.com/products/propertyintel), checked October 25, 2026, describes the three tiers but shows no prices. The dollar figures below are the ones Capterra and Software Advice list for PropertyIntel in 2026. Treat them as a starting point and get the current number in writing from Aspire.

PlanListed priceUsersMap creditsWho Aspire says it is for
Essential$199 a month, flat rate160 a yearSmall companies measuring and estimating up to 10 properties a month
Advanced$499 a month, flat rateUp to 5300 a yearMidsize companies and Aspire clients looking to grow
EnterpriseCustom quoteUnlimitedCustom credit planLarge companies placing 100+ bids a month

At the listed rates, Essential comes to $2,388 a year and Advanced to $5,988 a year before any extra credits. Directories also say every tier can be customized with a larger credit allowance at a customized price, so two companies on the same tier can pay different amounts.

What Essential, Advanced and Enterprise include

Essential is the measuring tier. Aspire lists one user, basic tools and high-resolution imagery. That covers drawing turf, beds, hardscape and other features on aerial imagery and turning them into quantities for a takeoff.

Advanced adds the parts that speed up a busier estimating desk: five users, AI tools, project templates and automated workflows. Aspire also gives Advanced and Enterprise clients dedicated implementation training. If you want AI to outline paving and building footprints instead of tracing them by hand, Advanced is the tier to ask about.

Enterprise is for companies with many estimators and branches. It adds unlimited users, a customized credit plan, branch management, roles and permissions, and single sign-on.

Two things are the same on every tier. PDF and file uploads are free and unlimited, according to Aspire's FAQ, so plan takeoffs from PDFs do not use credits. And every tier sits inside the Aspire product family, with estimates that can draw on Aspire pricing data or your own pricing.

How PropertyIntel credits and PI Complete are priced

Credits are where the bill can move. PropertyIntel Complete is Aspire's service where their team measures the property for you, with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. Aspire prices it at 1 credit per 2 acres with a 3 credit minimum. Its own examples:

PropertyMeasuring groupsCredits
Small, 1 acre43
Medium, 10 acres45
Large, 53 acres1027

Directories say all three tiers include PI Complete measurements. If those are drawn from the same annual credit allowance, Essential's 60 credits a year cover about 20 small done-for-you properties, or two large commercial sites. Ask Aspire three things before you sign: which actions spend a credit, what an extra block of credits costs, and whether unused credits roll over.

What PropertyIntel costs a landscape company in a year

A realistic budget adds more than the tier price. Here is how it builds for a company with two estimators bidding a mix of residential and light commercial work.

ItemWhat to budget
TierAdvanced at $499 a month for two users, since Essential has one seat: $5,988 a year
Extra creditsOnly if done-for-you measuring or larger sites run past 300 credits a year; price not published
Aspire platformSeparate subscription if you want PropertyIntel estimates to flow into Aspire jobs; quote-only, see our Aspire pricing guide
Proposal and signatureVisual proposals are included; check whether online e-sign runs in PropertyIntel or in Aspire
Setup timeImplementation training is included on Advanced and Enterprise

The second estimator is the step that hurts small companies. Essential has one user, so a two-person estimating team moves straight to the $499 tier.

When PropertyIntel is worth the price

PropertyIntel earns its price for companies that bid large commercial portfolios, take off from PDF site plans, want AI to detect paving and buildings, or want someone else to draw the measurements. It is also the home of old Go iLawn accounts, which moved into PropertyIntel by February 28, 2025. If you already run Aspire across several branches, it fits the rest of your stack. Larger operations often pair it with a way to route each incoming bid request to the right estimator, so the 100+ bids a month Enterprise is built for do not pile up on one desk.

It is harder to justify for an owner-operator or a small crew. Those companies usually need the measured area to become a price with their own labor rates and margin, and then a proposal the homeowner signs, in one sitting. A measuring tool plus a separate quoting step is two systems to pay for and keep in sync.

PropertyIntel pricing compared with a per-company estimator

LandscapeEstimating publishes its prices and bills per company. You trace the property on satellite imagery yourself, it prices every layer from your cost library, and the client signs the proposal online. It does not do PDF plan takeoffs, AI auto-detection or a done-for-you drawing service, so if you need those, PropertyIntel or a similar commercial takeoff tool is the better fit.

Map credits and our satellite measurements are not the same unit, so compare them by how many properties you bid in a month rather than by the raw number. For the full side-by-side on features, read our PropertyIntel alternative comparison, and see all four of our plans on the pricing page.

How much does PropertyIntel cost?

PropertyIntel is listed at $199 a month for Essential (one user, 60 map credits a year) and $499 a month for Advanced (up to five users, 300 map credits a year). Enterprise is quoted. Aspire's own product page does not show prices, so confirm the current rate, the credit allowance and the contract term with Aspire before you sign.

Does PropertyIntel have a free trial?

Yes. Aspire's PropertyIntel page offers a free trial, and directories list a trial with no free version. The page does not state the trial length or what it includes. During the trial, measure two or three of your own recent properties and check how many credits each one would have used.

What are PropertyIntel map credits?

Map credits are the allowance that PropertyIntel plans include each year: 60 on Essential and 300 on Advanced, with a custom plan on Enterprise. PropertyIntel Complete, the done-for-you measuring service, costs 1 credit per 2 acres with a 3 credit minimum. PDF and file uploads are free and unlimited and do not use credits.

Do I need Aspire to use PropertyIntel?

PropertyIntel is sold by Aspire and is built to work with Aspire, and its estimates can draw on Aspire pricing data or your own pricing. The Advanced tier is described as being for midsize companies and Aspire clients. Ask Aspire whether your setup needs an Aspire subscription, because that platform is priced separately by quote.

Is PropertyIntel the same as Go iLawn?

PropertyIntel replaced Go iLawn. Go iLawn stopped selling new subscriptions and its accounts were moved into PropertyIntel by February 28, 2025. If you priced Go iLawn years ago, expect PropertyIntel to cost more, since it adds AI tools, PDF takeoffs and credits. Our Go iLawn alternative page covers the options.

What is a cheaper PropertyIntel alternative for a small landscape company?

LandscapeEstimating Crew costs $64 a month billed yearly, or $768 a year, compared with $2,388 a year for PropertyIntel Essential at its listed price. Crew includes two estimator seats, 60 satellite measurements a month, your cost library and e-signed proposals. It has no PDF takeoffs or done-for-you measuring, so it suits contractors who trace and price their own jobs.
