LawnPro software pricing by plan
These are the plans on LawnPro's own pricing page (lawnprosoftware.com/pricing), checked on October 15, 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Employee logins | Customer limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | No charge | No charge | 1 user | 25 customers |
| Startup | $39 | $29 a month ($348 a year) | 3 | No cap |
| Grow | $129 | $99 a month ($1,188 a year) | 7 | No cap |
| Plus | $249 | $199 a month ($2,388 a year) | 15 | No cap |
LawnPro's comparison page adds "+$19/mo per additional login" on top of the logins a plan includes. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded or canceled at any time, and a canceled plan keeps access to the end of the billing period.
What Startup, Grow and Plus include
Every plan, Solo included, has scheduling, quotes, invoices with online payments, the client portal, time tracking per job, level billing and service contracts, the mobile app and reporting. The paid plans add in steps:
- Startup adds automated invoicing, online work requests, upfront deposits on quotes, tip collection, a client login widget, bulk price updates and Zapier.
- Grow adds bulk scheduling, job forms, optimized routes with analytics, Time Tracking Pro, optional estimate items, ACH payments, drive time tracking, downloadable backups, pay for performance, automations with review requests, multi-step chemical programs and video uploads.
- Plus adds two-way text messaging, auto-charge cards on file, QuickBooks Sync and estimates and invoices sent by text.
For most lawn care companies with a crew or two, Grow is the plan that matters. Optional estimate items, ACH and routing all start there, and it is the plan LawnPro features on its own comparison page.
LawnPro cost beyond the plan price
The sticker price is clear. Four things move what a lawn care company pays in a year.
- Logins. A 9-person company on Grow needs 2 logins beyond the 7 included. At $19 a month each, that is $167 a month on monthly billing, or $2,004 a year.
- Plan features you need early. QuickBooks Sync, auto-charge cards on file and two-way texting are add-ons below Plus. If your bookkeeper insists on QuickBooks Sync, compare the add-on price against simply moving to Plus.
- AI measurements. Measuring lawns from aerial imagery comes through a DeepLawn add-on, available on all plans. LawnPro does not publish its price, so ask for it in writing before you count on it for quoting.
- Payment processing. Card and ACH payments run through the platform, so the processing rate is a cost on every invoice you collect. Get the rate before comparing LawnPro with a tool that uses your own processor.
Review requests are built into Grow's automations. If you already run a separate tool that asks happy customers for reviews across other platforms, check you are not paying twice.
Is LawnPro worth it for a lawn care business?
LawnPro is good value for a mowing and treatment company that wants scheduling, routing, invoicing and payments in one app at a published price. At $99 a month billed yearly for 7 logins, Grow costs less than most field service platforms with similar features; LawnPro's own comparison lists Jobber's 6 to 10 user plan at $399 a month. For a route business, that math is hard to beat.
It is a weaker fit once a meaningful share of revenue is installs. Mulch, sod, edging, pavers and walls are priced from measured beds, lengths and depths, a labor rate and a margin, and a field service app quotes them as typed line items. That is where an estimating tool earns its place next to LawnPro rather than instead of it.
Where LawnPro stops and a landscape estimator starts
Take a spring enhancement on an account you already mow. In LawnPro you type the quote. In an estimator, the numbers come from the property:
- 1,150 square feet of beds become 10.6 cubic yards of mulch at 3 inches, plus 5% waste and a delivery charge
- 260 linear feet of edging become material per foot plus install hours from your production rate
- 1,800 square feet of sod become sod, starter fertilizer and labor hours at your crew's rate
In LandscapeEstimating you trace each of those as its own layer on satellite imagery, and every layer prices from your cost library with your labor rate, overhead and target margin. The client gets a branded proposal and signs online. Lawn care software with QuickBooks shows how signed jobs reach your books, and the lawn care estimate app page shows a mowing and enhancement bid priced end to end.

How much does LawnPro cost per month?
LawnPro costs $39 a month on Startup, $129 on Grow and $249 on Plus, or $29, $99 and $199 a month billed yearly. The plans include 3, 7 and 15 employee logins, and extra logins are $19 a month each. A Solo tier covers one user and up to 25 customers at no charge.
Does LawnPro have a free trial?
Yes. Every paid LawnPro plan starts with a trial, and no credit card is needed to start it. There is no long-term contract, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. LandscapeEstimating's estimator demo on the home page is open to anyone, so you can price a property before paying for either.
What is the difference between LawnPro Grow and Plus?
Plus includes everything in Grow and adds two-way text messaging, auto-charge cards on file, QuickBooks Sync and estimates and invoices sent by text, with 15 logins instead of 7. Grow already includes routing, optional estimate items, ACH payments, chemical programs and review request automations.
Does LawnPro sync with QuickBooks?
Yes. QuickBooks Sync is included on the Plus plan and available as an add-on on Solo, Startup and Grow. LawnPro does not publish the add-on price on its pricing page, so ask for it before you decide between adding it to Grow and moving to Plus.
Can LawnPro measure lawns?
LawnPro offers AI measurements through a DeepLawn add-on on all plans, which measures turf from aerial imagery for quoting. The add-on price is not listed on LawnPro's pricing page. It measures lawns; beds, edging, sod and hardscape priced from your own rates need an estimating tool.
What is a LawnPro alternative for landscape estimating?
LandscapeEstimating starts at $129 a month, or $64 a month billed yearly, with satellite measuring, a cost library, margin on every line and e-signed proposals, priced per company. It covers estimating and proposals; scheduling, routing and invoicing can stay in LawnPro.
