Jobber pricing and Jobber cost per month on every Jobber pricing plan for landscape companies

Jobber pricing plans and what each one costs

These are the list prices on Jobber's pricing page for no-commitment monthly billing, next to the regular price when you prepay a year. Jobber also runs introductory discounts for the first months, so compare the steady price, not the promo.

PlanUsers includedMonthly, no commitmentPrepaid yearly, per monthWhat it adds for a landscape company
Core1$49$29Quotes, invoicing, online booking, online payments
Connect1$139$99Quote and invoice follow-ups, automatic payment collection, QuickBooks Online sync, time and expense tracking
Grow1, 5, 10 or 15$199 to $499$149 to $399Optional line items, advanced quote customization, job costing, automatic time tracking, two-way texting
Plus5, 10 or 15$499 to $699$399 to $529Crew scheduling, expense automation, custom reports, Marketing Suite, Pipeline, AI Receptionist, dedicated onboarding

Extra users cost $29 a month on every plan. The add-ons are Marketing Suite at $99 a month, AI Receptionist at $29 and Pipeline at $49, and they come bundled only on Plus. Jobber's 14-day trial runs on the Grow plan and doesn't ask for a card.

Which Jobber plan does a landscape company need

The plan you need depends less on crew size than on how you price work.

  • Solo mowing route, recurring visits only. Core covers quotes, invoices and online payments. You'll outgrow it the day you want automatic reminders or QuickBooks sync.
  • Owner plus a crew or two, mostly maintenance. Connect is the usual pick because quote follow-ups and QuickBooks Online sync start there. It still has one user, so every crew lead who needs the app is $29 more a month.
  • Maintenance plus enhancements and installs. Grow, because job costing and optional line items start there. Optional line items are how you show a client good / better / best choices, and job costing is how you find out whether last month's installs made money.
  • Several crews, an office manager and a sales process. Plus, when crew scheduling, custom reports and the marketing tools are worth more to you than the price gap from Grow.

The jump from Connect to Grow is where most landscape companies feel the price. Job costing is the reason to pay it, and it only helps if the estimate it checks against was right in the first place.

What Jobber costs beyond the plan price

The plan is the number on the pricing page. The bill at the end of the year has more lines, and for a landscape company one of them is usually bigger than the subscription.

Cost itemHow Jobber chargesWhat it adds for a typical landscape company
Card payments2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction, 2.7% plus 30 cents for tap to payOn $300,000 paid by card, about $8,700 a year
Bank (ACH) payments1%On $100,000 paid by ACH, $1,000 a year
Instant payoutsAn extra 1%Only if you choose to get paid the same day
Extra users$29 a month eachTwo crew leads beyond the plan limit, $696 a year
Add-ons below PlusMarketing Suite $99, AI Receptionist $29, Pipeline $49 a monthUp to $2,124 a year if you take all three
MeasuringNot a native feature; Jobber's help center points to measuring in Google Maps and a Deep Lawn integrationEither time on the map for every quote or a second subscription

Processing fees apply only to payments you take through Jobber, so moving large commercial clients to ACH or check changes the total more than switching plans does. Your nursery, stone yard and fuel bills don't run through Jobber at all; if paying those is eating office hours, accounts payable automation handles supplier invoices without adding Jobber users.

Where Jobber pricing leaves the landscape estimate

Jobber is strong at the work that happens after a quote is accepted: scheduling, visits, invoices and getting paid. The quote itself is a list of line items and prices you type. For weekly mowing that's fine, because you know the lawn and the rate. For a bed refresh, a sod job or a paver patio, the quote needs a measured area, a material quantity with waste, labor hours at your production rate and a margin you can see before you send it.

That part happens outside Jobber today at most landscape companies: a drive-out with a measuring wheel, a pass on Google Maps, or a spreadsheet next to the quote screen. Grow's job costing then compares actual hours against a number that was a guess. Paying for Grow doesn't fix that, because the problem is upstream of the plan.

This is the gap an estimator fills. LandscapeEstimating traces the property on satellite imagery, prices each layer (turf, beds, sod, hardscape, edging) from your own cost library and sends a proposal the client signs online. You keep Jobber for scheduling and invoicing and bring in the signed job. If you're thinking about leaving Jobber altogether, our Jobber alternative guide for landscapers compares full replacements.

Example of what Jobber costs a six-person landscape company in a year

A residential company runs two crews on maintenance and does installs from April to October. The owner sells, one estimator quotes, an office manager invoices, and three crew leads use the app. It wants job costing, so it's on Grow with five users plus one extra, paying monthly with no commitment. It takes $300,000 a year by card.

LineMonthlyYearly
Jobber Grow, 5 users$299$3,588
One extra user$29$348
Card processing on $300,000about $8,700
Jobber totalabout $12,636
LandscapeEstimating Crew, billed yearly$64$768
Jobber plus an estimatorabout $13,404

The estimator adds about 6% to what the company already spends on Jobber. It pays for itself if it saves one mispriced install a season. A 400 sq ft paver patio at $20 a square foot, quoted 15% light because the area was measured by eye, loses $1,200 on its own. Prepaying Jobber for a year lowers the first two lines; card fees stay the same whichever plan you choose.

Is Jobber worth the cost for landscapers

Jobber is worth it for companies whose revenue is mostly recurring maintenance and whose biggest headache is scheduling and getting paid. The app is easy for crews, the client hub cuts phone calls, and the published prices make budgeting simple.

It's harder to justify the jump to Grow or Plus when the real problem is bids. If installs and enhancements are where you win or lose margin, the estimate matters more than the scheduler. Many companies keep Jobber on the plan that covers their office work and pay for estimating separately, which is usually cheaper than moving up a tier for features they still can't price with. Commercial firms with account managers and multiple divisions tend to compare it against Aspire's quote-based pricing and the LMN alternative instead.

How much does Jobber cost per month?

Jobber costs $49 a month for Core, $139 for Connect, $199 to $499 for Grow and $499 to $699 for Plus on no-commitment monthly billing. Prepaying a year lowers the regular price to $29, $99, $149 to $399 and $399 to $529. Extra users are $29 a month and card payments cost 2.9% plus 30 cents.

Does Jobber charge per user?

Partly. Core and Connect include one user, Grow includes one, five, ten or fifteen depending on the tier you pick, and Plus includes five, ten or fifteen. Each user beyond the included number costs $29 a month on every plan, so crew leads who need the app add up quickly on the lower plans.

Is there a free trial of Jobber?

Yes. Jobber offers a 14-day trial with full access to the Grow plan, and it doesn't ask for a credit card. At the end you pick a plan. Test the quote screen with a real install bid during the trial, because that is where landscape companies notice what Jobber leaves to the estimator.

Which Jobber plan has job costing?

Job costing starts on the Grow plan and is included on Plus. Core and Connect don't have it. Grow also adds optional line items and advanced quote customization, which landscape companies use to show clients choices on the same quote, such as mulch only or mulch with new edging.

Does Jobber measure lawns from satellite?

No. Jobber has no built-in satellite measuring. Its help center points users to measuring in Google Maps or to a Deep Lawn integration. Landscape companies that quote from measured areas usually pair Jobber with a measuring and estimating tool and bring the signed job back in for scheduling.
