SynkedUP pricing plans and what each one includes
These are the plans on SynkedUP's own pricing page (synkedup.com/pricing), checked in October 2026. Prices change, so confirm them with SynkedUP before you sign.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly, per month | Users | Activation fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $399 | $359 | 2, then $20 each | $1,000 on monthly only |
| PRO | $599 | $539 | 5, then $20 each | $1,000 on monthly only |
Both plans include budgeting and overhead recovery, estimating templates with your materials and production rates, quoted, time and materials and per-visit pricing, proposals with e-signatures and automated follow-ups, drag-and-drop scheduling, a crew time and materials app, real-time job costing, automated invoicing with payments, QuickBooks Online sync, live chat and Zoom support and a financial coach.
PRO adds three things: GPS-stamped timesheets, MCP access so AI tools can read your SynkedUP data, and Zapier automations. Everything else is the same.
SynkedUP cost beyond the plan price
The sticker price is only part of the bill. Four things decide what a landscape company actually pays.
- Billing choice. Monthly billing adds the one-time $1,000 activation fee. Yearly billing waives it and takes 10% off, but you commit twelve months up front, and the pricing page states there are no refunds.
- Users. Users are logins. Standard covers 2 and PRO covers 5; each login past that is $20 a month. If crew members get their own logins for the time tracking app, a team of 10 on Standard adds $160 a month.
- The PRO features. If you want GPS on timesheets or Zapier, you pay $200 a month more than Standard on monthly billing, or $180 a month more on yearly billing.
- Measuring. SynkedUP does not list satellite or aerial takeoffs, so square footage still comes from a wheel, a drive-out or a free map tool. That cost is time rather than a line on the invoice, and on small enhancement bids it adds up.
What a landscape company pays for SynkedUP in year one
Take a design-build company with an owner, an office manager and six crew leads who each log their own time, eight users in total.
| Setup | Monthly | Year one |
|---|---|---|
| Standard, monthly billing, 2 users included | $399 | $4,788 |
| 6 extra users at $20 | $120 | $1,440 |
| Activation fee, monthly billing | one time | $1,000 |
| SynkedUP Standard total, monthly billing | $519 | $7,228 |
| SynkedUP Standard total, yearly billing ($359 + $120) | $479 | $5,748 |
| SynkedUP PRO, yearly billing, 5 included + 3 extra | $599 | $7,188 |
For that money the company gets estimating, scheduling, crew time, job costing and invoicing in one system. What it does not get is the measurement. If the estimator still drives out to wheel a yard before every bid, the software prices fast but the quote still waits on the visit.
Is SynkedUP worth it for a landscape company?
SynkedUP is worth it when you want one platform for the whole job cycle and you will use the coaching. The overhead recovery budget, real-time job costing and timesheet payroll reports are the strongest parts, and they only pay off if someone keeps the numbers current.
It is a harder sell for a two to five person company that already schedules in Jobber or QuickBooks and whose real problem is getting accurate bids out the same day. At $4,308 to $5,788 in year one before extra users, a lot of that spend goes to modules you already have. Busy owners who mostly lose jobs because nobody answers the phone during a mow may get more from an AI receptionist that answers business calls than from a bigger platform.
If the estimate is the bottleneck, our SynkedUP alternative page compares the two tools line by line, including where SynkedUP does more.
Where SynkedUP stops and a satellite estimator starts
A template prices quantities. Somebody still has to measure them. On a typical backyard enhancement:
- 1,150 square feet of beds become 10.6 cubic yards of mulch at 3 inches, plus 10% waste and delivery
- 260 linear feet of edging become material per foot plus install hours from your production rate
- A 340 square foot paver patio becomes base tons, bedding sand, pavers with waste and labor hours
In SynkedUP those numbers come from your own measurement. In LandscapeEstimating you trace the beds, the edging and the patio on satellite imagery from the office, and each layer prices from your cost library with your labor rate, overhead and margin. The client gets a branded proposal with good, better and best options and signs it online. The landscape measuring software page shows the trace-to-price step on a real yard.

How much does SynkedUP cost per month?
SynkedUP Standard costs $399 a month and PRO costs $599 a month on monthly billing. Billed yearly they are $359 and $539 a month. Standard includes 2 users and PRO includes 5, and each additional user is $20 a month on either plan.
Does SynkedUP charge an onboarding fee?
Yes, on monthly billing. SynkedUP's pricing page lists a one-time $1,000 activation fee for monthly billing and a $0 activation fee for yearly billing on both Standard and PRO. LandscapeEstimating has no activation or onboarding fee on any plan.
Does SynkedUP have a free trial?
No. SynkedUP's pricing page says it does not have a free trial and offers a call and a video walkthrough instead. LandscapeEstimating's estimator demo on the home page is open to anyone, so you can trace and price a property before you pay.
What is the difference between SynkedUP Standard and PRO?
PRO costs $200 a month more on monthly billing, includes 5 users instead of 2, and adds GPS-stamped timesheets, MCP access for AI tools and Zapier automations. Estimating, proposals, scheduling, job costing, invoicing and QuickBooks sync are on both plans.
Does SynkedUP charge per user?
Partly. Each plan includes a set number of users, 2 on Standard and 5 on PRO, and every user beyond that is $20 a month. If crew members get their own logins for time tracking, a company with a large field team pays more than the base price.
What is a cheaper alternative to SynkedUP for landscape estimating?
LandscapeEstimating starts at $129 a month, or $64 a month billed yearly, with satellite measuring, a cost library, margin on every line and e-signed proposals, and no activation fee. It replaces the estimating side; scheduling and payroll stay in your current tool.
