QuoteIQ pricing plans and what each one costs
These are the plans on QuoteIQ's own pricing page, billed monthly. Each plan also carries a monthly allowance of IQ Credits, which power the AI features and reset every billing cycle without rolling over.
| Plan | Price per month | Users | IQ Credits a month | What the plan adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $29.99 | 1 | 500 | Estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments, virtual call team |
| Beginner | $74.99 | 2 | 1,500 | MapMeasure Pro satellite measuring, QuoteIQ Cam, e-signatures, review requests, analytics |
| Pro | $149.99 | 4 | 3,000 | Email and text automation, job costing, QuickBooks integration, in-app calling and texting |
| Elite | $299 | 10 | 5,000 | Route optimization, InstaQuote, InstaSchedule, employee hub, pipelines, inventory |
| Max | $699 | Unlimited | 8,000 | AI website builder, sales tracker, crew management, priority support |
Yearly billing is sold as "save 2 months", so Elite paid yearly is $2,990 instead of $3,588. Payment processing, extra usage and optional services are charged on top of the plan. Prices were checked on QuoteIQ's pricing page; confirm them before you buy, since software plans change.
Which QuoteIQ plan a landscape company needs
QuoteIQ is built for many home service trades, so its tiers split on users and automation rather than on landscape estimating. For a landscape company, two features decide the tier: satellite measuring and job costing.
- Solo mowing operator. Essentials at $29.99 covers quotes, invoices and payments for one person. It has no MapMeasure Pro, so you measure some other way.
- Owner plus a helper who quotes from the map. Beginner at $74.99 for MapMeasure Pro and e-signatures with 2 users.
- Two or three crews selling installs and enhancements. Pro at $149.99, because job costing and QuickBooks start there and 4 users covers the owner, the office and two crew leads.
- Five or more crews on fixed routes. Elite at $299 for 10 users and route optimization.
- Large or multi-location company. Max at $699 with unlimited users.
The common jump is Beginner to Pro. It's $75 a month more, $900 a year, and it's where job costing begins. If you can't see estimate against actual per job, you can't tell which bids lost money, so most companies selling installs end up on Pro.
What QuoteIQ costs beyond the plan price
The plan price is the start of the bill. These are the lines worth getting in writing.
| Cost item | How QuoteIQ charges | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Users over the plan cap | Each tier has a fixed user count | Whether you can add one user or must move up a tier |
| IQ Credits | Monthly allowance per tier, no rollover | What each AI feature costs in credits and what happens when they run out |
| Payments | Charged separately from the plan | Card and ACH rates per transaction |
| Extra usage, optional services | Charged separately | Which features count as extra usage |
| Yearly billing | Ten months' price paid up front | The refund terms if you leave mid-year |
| Trial | 14 days, card required | When the first charge runs and how to cancel |
Payments are the line that grows with the business. On a lawn care book of $300,000 a year, a percentage card fee can cost more than any QuoteIQ tier, so price that line before the subscription.
Where QuoteIQ pricing leaves the landscape estimate
QuoteIQ is an all-trades field service app: quoting, scheduling, invoicing, payments and automation in one phone app, with satellite measuring from Beginner up. For mowing and simple flat-rate work that's a strong package at a low price.
Landscape installs and enhancements are priced differently. A mulch job is bed area, depth, cubic yards, waste, delivery and man-hours from your production rate. A sod lawn adds soil prep and starter fertilizer. A paver patio has base gravel and bedding sand by the ton. When the measurement and the price live in two places, those lines get guessed.
LandscapeEstimating is built for that part. You trace turf, beds, sod, hardscape and edging on satellite imagery of any US address, and every layer prices from your own cost library with waste, production rate, overhead and margin. Company at $299 a month adds assemblies, good, better and best options, job costing and a QuickBooks Online export of signed jobs. Our landscape measuring software page shows how the trace becomes a price, and the QuoteIQ alternative page compares the two products line by line.
Example of what QuoteIQ costs a landscape company in a year
A design-build company runs two install crews and one maintenance crew. It has an owner, an office manager and three crew leads, and it wants satellite measuring, e-signatures, job costing and QuickBooks.
| Line | Monthly | First year |
|---|---|---|
| QuoteIQ Pro, billed monthly (4 users) | $149.99 | $1,799.88 |
| Fifth user (third crew lead) | Elite at $299 a month, $3,588 a year | |
| QuoteIQ Elite, billed yearly | $2,990 | |
| Payment processing | charged separately | |
| LandscapeEstimating Company, billed yearly (6 seats) | $149 | $1,788 |
Five people is the trap. Pro covers four users, so the fifth pushes the company to Elite, and the price roughly doubles. Many owners solve it by keeping crew leads off the office app and giving them the schedule another way. Some keep QuoteIQ for scheduling and payments and price installs in a separate estimator, which is cheaper than a pricing mistake: a 2,400 sq ft bed paced off as 1,900 sq ft is about 4.6 cubic yards of mulch short at 3 inches, on every job measured that way.
Is QuoteIQ worth the cost for landscapers
QuoteIQ is worth the cost for lawn care and small landscape companies that want quoting, scheduling, invoicing and payments in one inexpensive app, and whose work is mostly mowing, cleanups and flat-rate services. At $74.99 a month, Beginner gives a two-person company satellite measuring and e-signatures for less than most competitors charge.
It's harder to justify as the main estimating tool for a company whose revenue is installs and enhancements. QuoteIQ doesn't publish a landscape cost library with assemblies, waste factors and production rates per line, so the estimator still builds the price by hand. Those companies often compare it with Jobber (see what Jobber costs a landscape company) or with LMN (see our LMN pricing guide). If you also want to watch how rival lawn care companies in your market change their own prices and ads, a tool that tracks competitor websites and pricing does that without a weekly manual check.
How much does QuoteIQ cost per month?
QuoteIQ costs $29.99 a month on Essentials, $74.99 on Beginner, $149.99 on Pro, $299 on Elite and $699 on Max, billed monthly. Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve. Payment processing and extra usage are charged on top of the plan.
Does QuoteIQ have a free trial?
Yes. QuoteIQ offers a 14-day free trial on its plans, and a credit or debit card is required to start it. Note the date the first charge runs, since the trial converts to a paid plan if you don't cancel.
Which QuoteIQ plan includes satellite measuring?
MapMeasure Pro, QuoteIQ's satellite measuring tool, is included from the Beginner plan at $74.99 a month and on every tier above it. Essentials at $29.99 doesn't include it.
Does QuoteIQ integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes, from the Pro plan at $149.99 a month and up, along with job costing. Essentials and Beginner don't list the QuickBooks integration, so a company that needs it starts on Pro.
What are IQ Credits in QuoteIQ?
IQ Credits pay for QuoteIQ's AI features, such as the estimate generator and AI call handling. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, from 500 on Essentials to 8,000 on Max. Each feature uses a different number of credits, and unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
